This small spider I found under dead wood between pine trees and birch.
Dry ground.
Body length : Approx 3-4mm
Location : Maasmechelen, Belgium

Linyphiidae. This may be a Walckenaeria sp (mitrata, acuminata etc.?) since the head region seems a bit modified, and it is also rather big. But hard to estimate from a single dorsal shot

It was a little too small for the lens that I had on the walk. :-[
I put a second photo but I think that won't help.

If it really was that large, it's probably W. acuminata (like Simeon said), which also fits the habitat. Try to make a shot from a lateral angle the next time, maybe we can determine it this way.
