Maybe yes, but could be also Allagelena gracilens. I even think latter is likelier due to the broad carapace bands and the narrow pale lines on the both sides of the cardiac mark. But it is very young and at least I cannot tell for sure. What adults have you found at the same location in summer?

Like Simeon said, the specimen is very young. Therefore, every diagnosis would be more or less wild speculation.
