A juvenile Diaea => Diaea cf. livens

Gorgoglione, Province of Matera, Basilicata, Southern Italy.

Discovery date: December 15, morning, sunny.
Habitat: 950 m - on the ground, on the clearing of a church in the countryside. Presence of varied vegetation, small pine forest and oak forest.
Size: 2-3 mm.

I'm rearranging the archive.
In your experience, is this juvenile Diaea a dorsata, livens or is it not possible to determine the species?
The photos on the web are misleading.
My guess, for what it's worth, is dorsata.

It should be livens, so spotted and with two white patxhes near the cardiac mark. Looking at dorsata juveniles, they seem to have a developed dark folium at young age.

Eeeh, instinct told me to ask for the ID for this spider.
I have to redo the card, but it is a job that I do very willingly; I had determined it as dorsata, wrongly  .

Good evening.
I was comparing my photos of Ebrechtella with those of the French site insecte.org and I came across this photo (and related discussion) of Diaea dorsata

As an amateur, I don't question Simeon's ID, but the transalpine site is equally very reliable.
I do not know what to think.

I cannot guarantee the linked specimen shows Diaea dorsata. Unfortunately, some rarer species are outright dismissed for being rare and as it was a juvenile, I guess this was assumed here too for that reason.

As I said above, therefore, I have no reason to doubt of your ID.

Do you think it opportune to use cf. or I archive this cute little spider as Diaea livens?
